  • Colamark A201-R is an ideal choice for the pharmaceutical, healthy drinks, food and beverages industries for automatic labeling on cylindrical items, such as single used heath drink bottles, ampoules, vials and antibiotic bottles etc.. as well as subsequent insertion of the bottles into packaging trays.
  • An integrated process of bottles separating → feeding → coding → labeling → tray insertion.

  • Bottles separation is achieved by a star shaped separating wheel to ensure stability and ease of use
  • New generation tray insertion device for vials:
    Accurate movement and positioning of the trays to ensure the smooth insertion        operation
    Unique vials feeding mechanism to ensure the stable and high speed operation.
    Simple adjustments and parameters setting for different sizes of bottles and     
           trays-no change parts.
    Material buffers to avoid missed insertion or mis-insertion when there is a      
           short supply of trays and bottles.
    Sufficient space for loading trays for convenient operation and easy connection
        of filled trays to downstream cartoning machine. Overcoming the space congestion      problem when feeding trays manually, and line connection problem to downstream      machine in the past generations of the device.
    Optional automatic tray feeder can be added easily anytime.
    Low tray supply warning and automatic stop at tray jams to avoid missed insertion.
  • Highly user friendly interactive touch-screen control makes operation convenient and straight forward. Also offers plenty of on-screen help functions and alarms.
  • 50 sets of labeling parameters memory allows easy changeover between different labeling jobs by switching the pre-defined parameters set.
  • Optional hot-stamping coder or inkjet coder for date-coding on the labels - also provide alert on the coding device status.
  • Features for effective prevention of the problems such as missed labeling, wrong position, and double labeling; include intelligent label quantity management, warning messages and optional visual inspection devices.
  • Unique design of label traction unit using sand-glass traction roll to ensure stable gripping of the label web without the slipping as well as long lasting performance and precision.
