  • For automatic labeling on round bottles for the pharmaceuticals,
    daily chemicals, food & beverages industries.
  • The labeler will automatically detects the label size and bottle diameter and set the appropriate labeling parameters – a very useful feature for users with multiple products to label.

 Specifications:

  • Uses: For automatic labeling on antibiotics bottles, and other round bottles in the pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, and foods & beverages industries. Can also cater for wrap-around labeling on square bottles with optional accessories. To be used either stand alone or in-line with upstream equipments.
  • Intelligent control: Automatically detects the label length and bottle diameter and sets the appropriate labeling parameters in the machine.
  • Interactive touch screen: highly user friendly; provides detailed on-screen help and error warning.
  • Memory for 50 sets of labeling parameters (such as bottle diameter and length etc.) – eliminate the need to re-enter the parameters when different labels or bottles is handled.
  • Bottles separator: Use of a pair of rotating wheels to separate bottles from upstream. The mechanism ensures effective separation and easy adjustment for different bottle sizes while requiring no change parts.
  • Feeding (receiving) tables: The labeler can be connected right into the existing production line for in-line use. Alternatively, optional feeding (receiving) tables for bottles are available to allow stand-alone application.
  • Flexible label formatting: Compatible with most Chinese/English label design software, providing the maximum flexibility for the management of label contents and label formats.
  • Coding device: Optional hot-stamp coder or inkjet coder for synchronized date coding on the labels.
  • Barcode reader: Optional on-line bar-code reader to capture bar code data on labels. Optional rejection device available for rejecting labels with unreadable barcodes.
  • Design features to effectively eliminate errors arising from the label roll such as missing labels, shifted position, and double labels etc.

  • The label dispensing unit includes a unique sand-glass material label traction roll, which is characterized with excellent driving grip and wear resistance. The traction roll will ensure durability and dispensing accuracy over the long term.
