Colamark A101-R2 is an ideal choice for the pharmaceutical,
food and beverages, daily chemical industries for automatic
labeling on cylindrical bottles and then insertion of
the bottles into packaging trays.
Especially suitable for the labeling and subsequence
packaging process of antibiotic bottles. Wrap-around labeling
with bottles standing and tray insertion with bottles
lying down. Dual row alignments and flexible orientation
of bottles in the trays.
An integrated process of bottles feeding turntable
(bottles standing) → coding → labeling → bottles turn
horizontal → tray insertion (bottles horizontal) → cartoning
(if connected a cartoning machine).
