Colamark A923 Front and back Registered
Round Bottle Labeling System is an ideal choice for the
daily chemicals, food and beverages, pharmaceutical and
other light industries automatic two sides labeling on
oval shaped or rectangular shaped containers and wrap
around labeling on round bottles with registration.
Automatic pressure sensitive labeling is particularly
suitable for the small-batch/large-variety production
requirement of the daily chemicals industry. It helps
eliminating the need for silk-screen printing on various
containers prior to production and reducing empty bottles
inventory. High quality pre-printed pressure sensitive
labels also provide the advantages of fine graphics and
vivid colors for better product image.
Backed by an engineering design team with years of experiences
in automatic labeling equipment, Colamark A923 offers
the advantages of stability, ease of use, high performances,
as well as the flexibility to add custom engineering functions
according to the customer’s requirement.
Specifications
A dual-function labeler for wide range of applications: Simple
adjustment to swap between side labeling mode and registered
wrap-around labeling mode.
One labeler to handle three different shapes of bottles (rectangular,
oval, round) with large size ranges, and also achieves registration
in wrap-around labeling.
Servo motor driven registered wrap-around mechanism which
is in the form of a roller wheel to effectively ensure accurate
registration.
Design features to ensure precise and smooth labeling on
oval or rectangular bottles:
An alignment device composed of a pair of side chains to ensure
symmetrica alignment
of bottles along the center line.
A top conveyor belt at synchronized speed with the main conveyor
to hold the bottles
in place to maintain bottle alignment and stability throughout
the labeling process.
Optional special label sensor for detection of film transparent
labels.
50 sets of labeling parameters memory allows easy changeover
between different labeling jobs by switching the pre-defined
parameters set.
Features for effective prevention of the problems such as
missed labeling, wrong position, and double labeling; include
intelligent label quantity management, warning messages and
optional visual inspection devices.
Unique design of label traction unit using sand-glass traction
roll to ensure stable gripping of the label web without the
slipping as well as long lasting performance and precision.
All electrical components are of world renowned brands, ensuring
long term stability and reliability of the machine.
