Cardspak is Colamark's new development in its line of equipment for the card personalization industry. Cardspak runs in a continuous mode and uses ultra-sonic sealing method to seal the film, ensuring stable operation, fast speed and perfect sealing. The wrapped cards can be divided into chains of preset quantity, or cut down into single packs. The two sides of the film will be trimmed to the right width before the cards are fan-folded and collected at the collection conveyor. Other fine features of Cardspak include touch control, user friendly operation menu, safety enclosure, and a linear alignment…. everything just tailored for the convenience and trouble free use of the customers. |

- Applicable for both paper card and PVC card, of thickness as thin as 0.3m m .
- An indexed chain conveyor connecting to a continuous motion card insertion belt conveyor, ensuring full synchronization of cards with the film in the whole process.
- PLC controlled with user friendly touch panel control.
- Ultra-sonic sealing for high-speed perfect sealing
- Personalization pattern at the sealing edge
- Achieve just 1mm variance between the card edge and the bag edge
- Cards can be collected in single bags or in fan-folded stacks of preset quantity.
