| “Cardsmark” Card Personalization System
 Cardsmark is an integrated system
for the personalization of cards with PINs. The system feeds
cards, inkjet prints the cards for personalized information
and PINs, inspects the printed data, covers the PIN with scratch-off
ink, and collects back the cards properly, all steps in one
pass. It is widely used by cards manufacturers contracting for
Telecom and Unicom.
Cardsmark is equipped with powerful data processing capability
for personalization data. Characterized with outstanding performance,
high throughput capacity, and flexible configuration, Cardsmak
is also a reliable system that encompasses various features
to ensure data security at the production floor.

| Cardsmark offers reliable on-line
inspection
Machine vision from the US
* Inkjet printed data are captured by the machine vision
camera, and then converted into alphanumeric data with
an OCR program. Data are then compared with the source.
Cards with wrong data or unrecognizable data (off position,
distorted, unclear etc.) will be rejected. Inkjet

*Inspection on the scratch-off ink coverage on the PIN
(incomplete coverage, wrong position, missed label etc.) Scratch-off Coverage Inspection (Optional)
* Cards that do not pass inspection will be rejected
and collected in the rejection box for subsequent disposal.

| Cardsmark offers different ways for scratch-off
ink coverage
* Swiss made Collamat label applicator (Fast, precise
and reliable). Special scratch-off ink label (with temper
evident die-cut, and extra opacity) that meets the Telecom
and Unicom standards. Labeling Module
* Hot-stamping with scratch-off foil: Pneumatic hot-stamping
device that offers accurate positioning, automatic temperature
control, and crisp hot-stamped scratch-off impressions
for PIN coverage (Hot-stamping is relatively slower

Workflow Control Program
* The control program receives and encrypts the input
database, downloads data to the inkjet printers for
printing, maintains a log of printed data, and records
data on the rejected cards, as well as generates operation
records and management reports. It not only provides
an integrated workflow for all the processes and modules
throughout the system, but also provides helpful production

Cardsmark Feeding and Collecting Module
* The Feeding Module feeds cards one by one from the loading
rack on to the main conveyor. It is ergonomically designed
to allow easy reloading of cards on to the loading tray
easily and quickly to ensure uninterrupted throughput.
Optional Overlapped Card Elimination Device will detect
overlapped cards on the in-feed conveyor and reject them
to avoid printing errors arising from overlapped cards.
Feeding Module
* Collection of finished cards for manual transfer to
the down stream packaging process. Prescribed batch size
